Mother's Day Activity Ideas

Mother's Day Activity Ideas

Mother's Day is the perfect opportunity to show Mums how much they are loved and appreciated. If you are stuck on new, fresh ideas to do with them this 27th March, look no further than some of our heart-warming ideas.

Breakfast in Bed

Sometimes the simplest things are a classic for a reason. Whether it’s dippy eggs and soldiers, pancakes with fresh fruit or even just a bowl of weetabix, there is something so special about having breakfast in bed. Just remember to brush out the crumbs!

Going on a Walk

Blow out the cobwebs with a great family ramble. Whether it’s at your local park, some countryside hills or along the seasisde, nothing quite beats a breath of fresh air. And whilst you’re at it, maybe a roast in a pub wouldn’t go amiss..?

Think about some of her favourite things..

Does she love Richard Curtis films, or the music of Van Morrison? Maybe she loves chocolate cake with sprinkles, or gardening with a podcast on. Think strategically about what you can do all together and see her face light up with the proposition of you joining in on planting some new camellias.

Make a montage

Going through old photos is the ultimate comfort activity. Our memory albums are the perfect way to collate the best, most special pictures and would make the perfect Mother's Day gift. You could do it before and surprise her, or even better do it together! Spend some quality time together looking at old memories and sharing the love you have for one another together. Our albums can also be personalised with your family name/her name for that extra special touch.

Or why not go the full hog and fill in one of our Memory Keepsake Cases? Keep all the special memories, eg theatre tickets, wedding invites, old photos and give her a box she will never forget.

We hope you have a wonderful Sunday and that all the mothers out there feel love and appreciation.

And for those for whom Mother's Day is a difficult one - we are thinking of you and sending you lots of love on this day.

With love,

Marie and Ali x
