Personalise your Memory Case with a gorgeous luggage tag which can be gold embossed. We can personalise over 3 lines on one side of the tag- up to 8 lowercase characters or 5 initials per line. Choose from letters, add a significant date or heart/star for a special touch.
The base includes a tray to keep all your special things safe leaving a spacious trunk below that can fit A3 paper. The lid has pockets to keep those smaller keepsakes.
Made from luxurious bonded leather lined with a gorgeously nostalgic blue dotted fabric. It measures 18 cms (height) by 47 cms (width) by 33 cms (depth).

How much is delivery?
Standard delivery on UK Mainland orders over £60 is FREE.
Standard delivery for under £60 is £3.50.
Tracked express delivery is £6.95 and if you need it on a Saturday we can do that too for £10.95.
Orders for a Saturday delivery must be placed before 12pm on Thursday otherwise they will be delivered the following Saturday.
Can I get it quickly?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, for items in stock, for customers in the UK.
Tracked express is available at checkout which we will work fast to have it with you on 3 working days.
Sometimes we just can't make them fast enough for you, so please check each individual product description for delivery timescales as some items may be on pre order.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship from the United Kingdom. Northern Ireland, British Forces, European and International shipping prices available on checkout.
If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge you duties on the shipment, which will be collected at the time of delivery. Payment of duties and import tax is the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total at checkout, as they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. If you wish to get an estimate of these costs, we advise to reach out to your local carrier or customs office.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you are ordering from within the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and have not received your order within 20 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
Can I return my item?
We are sure you will love your order. But if you change your mind you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund. Personalised items cannot be refunded.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items, stating reason for return and whether you wish a refund or exchange. We will email you a returns code and will issue you a refund or replacement once we receive the goods back. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be available once actioned by us.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Our products are lovingly hand made and each one is double checked before we send it to you, sometimes there may be a slight imperfection missed or a damage in transit. Please get in touch with us via the contact page or email us at email@example.com as soon as possible letting us know what the problem is and with photos, we will do our best to help.
Customers are responsible for the postage of returns, please obtain a proof of postage certificate. And do make sure you send it back in the condition you received it in. Once we receive your item back refunds will take no longer than 7-10 days.
