How much is delivery?

Standard delivery on UK orders over £60 is FREE.

 

Can I get it quickly?

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days for customers in the UK.

Express option is available at checkout.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

European and International shipping prices available on checkout.

Any customs or tax payment required by entry country will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you are ordering from within the UK and have not received your order within 14 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.

If you are ordering from outside the UK and have not received your order within 30 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.

 

Returns

 

Can I return my item?

We hope you don’t need to return your meminio product. But that’s OK, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re UK based, please get in touch via our contact page within 10 days of receiving your order and we will tell you how to do it. Simply see below for our returns conditions. Unfortunately we don’t currently offer international returns.

 

What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

Please get in touch with us via the contact page as soon as possible letting us know what the problem is, we will do our best to help.

 

Returns Policy

Customers are responsible for the postage of returns, please obtain a proof of postage certificate. And do make sure you send it back in the condition you received it in. Once we receive your item back refunds will take no longer than 7-10 days.
