What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you are ordering from within the UK and have not received your order within 14 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and have not received your order within 30 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
Can I return my item?
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund. Personalised items cannot be refunded.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning any items, stating reason for return and whether you wish a refund or exchange. We will email you a returns code and will issue you a refund or replacement once we receive the goods back. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be available once actioned by us.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

Customers are responsible for the postage of returns, please obtain a proof of postage certificate. And do make sure you send it back in the condition you received it in. Once we receive your item back refunds will take no longer than 7-10 days.
