How much is delivery?
Standard delivery on UK orders over £60 is FREE. Standard delivery for under £60 is £3.50. Express delivery is £6.95 and if you need it on a Saturday we can do that too for £10.95.
Can I get it quickly?
Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days, for items in stock, for customers in the UK.
Tracked express is available at checkout which we will work fast to have it with you on 3 working days.
Sometimes we just can't make them fast enough for you, so please check each individual product description for delivery timescales as some items may be on pre order.
Do you ship worldwide?
European and International shipping prices available on checkout.
Any customs or tax payment required by entry country will be the responsibility of the recipient.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you are ordering from within the UK and have not received your order within 10 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and have not received your order within 20 working days please get in touch with us via the contact page and we will do our best to look into this for you.
Can I return my item?
We are sure you will love your order. But if you change your mind you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt, in perfect saleable condition and in original packaging. We will refund or exchange goods at our discretion. Sale goods are not eligible for a refund. Personalised items cannot be refunded.
Please send an email to email@example.com prior to returning any items, stating reason for return and whether you wish a refund or exchange. We will email you a returns code and will issue you a refund or replacement once we receive the goods back. Please allow 3-5 days for funds to be available once actioned by us.
What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Our products are lovingly hand made and each one is double checked before we send it to you, sometimes there may be a slight imperfection missed or a damage in transit. Please get in touch with us via the contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible letting us know what the problem is and with photos, we will do our best to help.
Customers are responsible for the postage of returns, please obtain a proof of postage certificate. And do make sure you send it back in the condition you received it in. Once we receive your item back refunds will take no longer than 7-10 days.
